Summer of ’87 is a nostalgic botanical bar soap inspired by sun soaked beach days, favorite songs, colorful sunsets, and the kind of summers you wish could last forever.
Summer of ’87 was inspired by a time when summer seemed endless.
The windows are down. Your favorite song is playing. There’s sand in the car, salt in your hair, and nowhere you need to be. The afternoon stretches into evening as the sky turns pink, orange, and gold, and somehow nobody is ready to head home.
Maybe there’s a cassette tape playing in the background. Maybe you’ve spent the entire day near the water. Maybe you’re watching one last sunset and wishing you could press rewind and do the whole day over again.
That’s the feeling behind every colorful swirl and the retro cassette tape soap embed tucked on top of each bar. Because some summers deserve to be played again.

Coconut oil contributes to the bar’s cleansing and bubbly lather, while castor oil helps support a dense, creamy, stable lather and conditioned skin feel.

Summer of ’87 combines aloe vera and botanical infused water with shea butter, coconut milk, Brazilian yellow clay, coffee grounds, and a thoughtfully selected blend of plant oils for a cleansing experience that feels every bit as good as the fragrance smells.
Our water is infused with comfrey, calendula, and gotu kola, while aloe vera adds another soothing, conditioning element to the formula. Coffee grounds provide gentle physical exfoliation, Brazilian yellow clay helps cleanse and absorb excess surface oil, and coconut milk, shea butter, and nourishing plant oils help leave skin feeling soft and conditioned.
And then there’s that tiny cassette tape on top.

How to Use: Lather with warm water between hands, a washcloth, or bath sponge. Gently cleanse skin and rinse thoroughly. For additional exfoliation, gently massage the bar directly over the body, avoiding sensitive areas. Allow the bar to dry between uses.
