Shipping policy

Shipping options are made available at checkout.  Please keep in mind once we  ship your item with the postal service provider it is out of our hands and any failure to receive your package must be taken up with the postal service concerned.  

If your fail to receive your package for any reason, please let me know at tigerlilysoaps24@gmail.com and depending on the total products and stock available, we may be able to replace your order or offer some other form of restitute.
